From an Idea to a Release: The Journey Behind Every NTQ Song

When people hear a new song, they experience the finished product. What they don't always see is the journey it takes to get there. Every track has a story long before it's released, and for me, that's where the magic begins.

It Starts with a Feeling

Not every song begins with a beat or a melody. Sometimes it's a conversation, a memory, a struggle, a celebration, or simply a moment that stays with me. Life is my biggest inspiration, and I believe the best music comes from real experiences.

The production has to match the emotion behind the lyrics. Whether I'm creating something uplifting, romantic, or made for the dancefloor, every instrument, rhythm, and melody has a purpose. As a Reggae and Dancehall crossover artist, I enjoy blending authentic Jamaican roots with a modern sound that people everywhere can connect with.

Writing the Lyrics
